CVHS 9th grade email update for April 16th, 2010
General Info:
- TAKS testing is on April 27-30th. These are regular school days with no
early dismissal.
- AP: No AP Saturday review for 9th graders. Pre-registration and info session
in Advocacy on April 21. Students will be given a personal schedule with
date, time, and room/proctor assignment on 21st.
- Final Exams will take place on May 24-27. On those days there will be
early dismissal at 12:45pm. Students take two exams a day (each 2 hours
long) and then are released from school.

- Tuesday – Partner application part I
- Wednesday – Partner application part II
- Thursday – Quiz over old age makeup
- Friday – Review over makeup concepts (Test Monday)

Students should have finished reading the textbook and we will be thus starting
our review time.

- Monday (04/26/10) has TAKS Objectives Review focusing on the contents
are more difficult and important. Don’t be absent for next week if
not very sick!
